      Pros

      I liked working for PMG for several reasons. First, the people I had the opportunity to meet and get to know have become good friends of mine. Everyone wants to see you succeed and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help you grow.

      Cons

      Learning to multitask and handle a variety of different challenges, all while maintaining a positive attitude 24/7 can be really difficult. While I did struggle with this at PMG and that did lead to frustration at times, I can honestly say I left a better and more well-rounded professional because of my work there. (this is largely due to the management and other employees with whom I had the pleasure of working.)

      Pros

      I had built several very strong relationships at Prominence Management Group; I have friends in every department of the company, and I feel that for the most part everyone gets along very well. This sense of team and belonging really creates a wonderful work environment that I am happy to be a part of!

      Cons

      I have not experienced any cons while working at Prominence Management Group. I work well with all other team members, and I have had adequate training to do my job very well!

      Better than a college education!!!

      Pros

      The best part of my experience was the free education I received. I paid $49,000 for a degree from a top university, I learned more during my training than 4 years of college for a marketing degree. I am forever grateful for my training and wish I could have finished the management training. I have never found an opportunity like this, it's awesome to find people with the same attitude about life as I have. People that want to seperate themselves from the rest of the corporate world.

      Cons

      My only regret is I was unable to complete my management training because of a death in my family and I had to move across the country.
