Coworkers are pleasant to work with.

Cons

Micro management from the upper management. No actual employee appreciation, everything you accomplish does not mean anything here or at least to CEO. Non-existent support from the management. Does not do anything to keep valuable hard working employee, but only appreciates who CEO likes. If you can be a teacher's pet, go ahead and apply.

I don't have anything positive to say. My experience working at this company was less than ideal.

Additionally, there appears to be a disconnect in fostering a positive company culture, which can contribute to an uncomfortable work environment. Concerns about work-life balance have also been raised. The CEO's rude demeanor creates a tense atmosphere, making each day feel overwhelming and frightening.
