      Good people to work with but the owner is a mess

      The owner is mean and often treats people badly Low pay and morale Lots of fear

      I am not mean, and I do not treat people poorly. I treat people fairly. I also can't control what people put up here, but if you ask the people that are currently working at the company if they like it, the responses would be favorable. Of course, when we terminate people for just cause or performance issues, their answers are far less favorable, and chances are this is the case.

      Great Team, Great Earning Potential

      Pros

      For motivated sales reps, there is almost unlimited earning potential. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and like a family. I genuinely feel supported by leadership.

      Cons

      The industry can be challenging and building a book of business takes time and a lot of hard work.
