      The pay was decent, and not even for the work

      MANAGEMENT IS CLUELESS, get people who will actually proactively help instead of covering their own tails and hiding behind the employee handbook.

      Pros

      This was my first time working on a finance industry and it wasn't as easy to adapt the working environment since I came from a different industry but I'm happy with my co-workers bc they taught me so much thru the process and it helped me to learn and absorb the company's process.

      There are some employee that are toxic because idk but tolerable 🥲
