Power is given to two software managers who are totally anti-customer and interested in keeping knowledge to themselves. Everyone else are simply cogs in a wheel.
There is no product map at all. Most of products or enhancements to existing products are done without a paying customer. So you really don't know if your work ever touches the hands of a customer. This should suck anyone's motivation to produce.
