      Leadership at Proozy has gas-lit the team to believe the toxic workplace is normal and that their ex-teammates can't handle "growth". Employees are discouraged from living their lives outside of work, and are expected to "pay their dues" by working tremendously long hours for tremendously low pay. Fear is high, anxiety is high, and morale is low. Leadership is more concerned with countering negative PR with fake reviews and biased articles than addressing the fundamental issues at the core of the business. HR is nonexistent at Proozy. Finance team is nonexistent at Proozy. Career development is nonexistent at Proozy. Words of advice- stay far away. Turnover is extremely high- 22 people working in the office were fired or quit in just 6 months there (there are roughly 15 people in the office).

      Great coworkers and nice facilities

      The CEO is a narcissist who is constantly seeking fake accolades to assuage his ego. He is more focused on his own image than actually caring for the employees who work for him. Employees are expected to completely give up their lives in order to work for Proozy - long hours, little to no appreciation, and expect to get fired the minute you make a mistake.

      Cons

      Low pay, gas lighting, sexism, racism, homophobic, long long hours, verbal and emotional abuse. The list goes on. This was by far the worst company I’ve ever worked for and I’ve been in the industry for almost a decade. I was treated like trash, watched my peers being treated worse and would be punished for sticking up for them. The pay is a joke. The hours are a joke. Their products are incredibly questionable. Proozy is a toxic environment and I feel sorry for the few brainwashed folks who have worked there for years catering to the management and allowing them to walk all over them.

      No reviews here are faked. It's unfortunate that it appears that you've had quite a list of bad things to say and have experienced several biases from gender, race and even sexual orientation. What strikes me is that none of this was brought to the attention of HR especially when it a question of a protected class being discrimated against. If you have any details you'd like to share about these claims then please direct them to HR@Proozy to be addressed immediately.
