      We work in a fun and energetic atmosphere which is fast pace. Always room to learn and grow as you will get to wear many different hats regardless of skill level. Very agile in operation and welling to pivot if there is a better way Flexible work schedules

      Can be a pressure cooker on certain days You will have to wear many hats

      Casual dress code and environment. "Work Hard-Play Hard" culture with strong growth potential. Learn a lot of of different company roles.

      Cons

      Work consists of many avenues to run down and get caught in rabbit holes. Ever changing job descriptions and responsibilities (which can create new opportunities)
