I have zero pros about this company.

Cons

The worse work environment I have ever experienced. Incredibly low pay for their employees; offered no support, development or guidance; Allowed bullying and treated work harassment with no urgency or importance; Run and managed by unprofessional family that has no leadership or management skills; history of bad relationships with past employees; talks down to their staff in condescending tones. I would never advise anyone to work for a company that treats their employees like they are disposable.

You get “leads” and that’s about it.

Cons

This place is a cess pool. It’s got a “frat house” culture and the “culture” they push isn’t one you’d want to be a part of. The conversations that agents and staff have here cover the spectrum of inappropriateness for a work environment. Made me and makes others feel really uncomfortable. Sexism, racism, anti-vax, sexual innuendos... they all exist here. Management is a bunch of socio-paths that have no idea how to manage and run a company.
