Not properly compensated if you are highly skilled, and ESPECIALLY not in comparison to workload. You can grow within the company, but it'll cost you either time, stress, or both.
When someone leaves, they aren't replaced unless it's within the call center, Instead, the rest of the employees are forced to pick up the slack, often without being compensated for the increased workload.
Mental health is not only not taken seriously, it's actively looked down upon throughout the company, right from the very top. If someone goes out on stress, they are literally mocked for it behind their back.
Management blames other factors for the company going downhill but in reality it's the result of poor decisions made at their level that trickles down throughout the organization.
