Pros
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I was there for 8+ years with no raise and no promotion. Only pro was being let go to find something better.
Cons
Bully managers, no raises in 5+ years, outdated technology, outdated leadership. They will use you to get what they want then let you go for no reason. Micro managers who care more about why you were 5 minutes late than making money or bringing in new customers.
