A lot of cool coworkers and exciting subjects. You'll get exposed to new things and collaborate on a shared dream. You'll do great here if you are good-looking, extroverted, and good at smooth talking.
Cons
Otherwise, everything they say about DEI is a lie. I wouldn't say everyone in power is a bully like others mentioned. However, there are quite a few. Science is definitely not a priority. It is not good enough to be good at your job.
