      decent salary for their employees.

      Cons

      Horrible managers and management. Zero support. High turnovers. Not allowed for unpaid leave for 6 months probation. Change in work policy all the time. Managers are not supportive at all to their staffs' well-being. 12 hr shift with just an hour break. Heavily micromanaged at all times. Salary was not accurate.

      No pros,if you want depression come and work here.

      Cons

      The worst company that led me to have a premature birth,the company and management does not care about your mental health and penalise you when you go for monthly check ups. Very unfair and no work life balance at all.

      Salary would come in time

      Cons

      They would deduct here and there, they would cheat you as much as they can using multiple reasons. Better check your cpf contributions accordingly. If shortpayments, must enquire. Only then they would reason as overlooked otherwise they would pretend nothing happened.
