Thank you for taking the time to share a review. Prospecta is in the middle of a massive growth phase and we agree that work timings often get stretched beyond the scheduled hours and there are times when employees go beyond their work hours to complete tasks, it may or not be 16 hours though. However we have an allowance policy wherein employees are reimbursed over and above their salary for working extra hours, for working on a weekly off etc.
