Because the IPC industry is relatively slow, you can work in a more stable environment.
Cons
This is a family business. Therefore, it's hard to get a raise unless you are one of their family. Take me as an example, the products for which I was responsible were relatively profitable. However, I didn't get a raise for 3 years because this is the culture of this company.
