      Pros

      This company is the most direct and transparent company I have ever worked. They know where they are good and honest about where they need to improve. The truly care about their work and live the values they talk about everyday. They deliver effectively for their clients and do take an real caring to helping one improve their life and career.

      Cons

      They have two offices and will need to figure out to bring the same energy and culture to both. There interviewing of candidates is very deep and can take some time. They also will need to hire and build the team as they go -- they do a tremendous amount of volume with a smaller team 15 people -- i could see them being a juggernaut if they can build some others into the mix.

      Pros

      -The Team culture is amazing, most people here will tell you they believe we are a family unit, we go over each others houses and hang out outside of work . Also these people are crazy and they will make you laugh a ton, we laugh together and we have each others back in every aspect. - if you don't know how to do something all you have to do is speak up and someone will come over and show you how to do it or lead you to the person that can - Initial training programs are lengthy and prepare anyone to become a prospering employee quickly - There is an open door policy and trust me it mean fully open, you can speak your mind about what you think without fear of what might come from it. The company is willing to consider new changes and new ideas for the company based on people onions and we are a very vocal group about this. - Our Insta game is on point! - We take days off with day passes at hotels or boat trips to go party on an island, we like to interact with each other all the times we can. - If you have a family they will be welcome to be part of ours, we know and love our colleagues significant others and they come to most parties and happy hours too.

      Cons

      - The work life balance can lack at times with the not so flexible schedule; don't mistake this though the company will still give you the time you need to get your life in order because stuff happens and they get it. - Working from home is not a thing yet.......(work in progress)

      .Casual environment and not corporate .You can be your authentic self .Open door policy .Workforce friendly when it comes to different viewpoints on sexual orientation, religion, race, and age. .They want to celebrate your wins and successes!

      Cons

      .Long term advancement is limited and only available for those who want to become business developers (stay in sales) .Associate level pay is appropriate for those who are green or with only 1-year experience but below market pay for anyone who has multiple years of experience in the industry .Out pocket cost for medical benefits can be upward of $300 a month depending on your plan .Some stakeholders in the company live to work, and that expectation will bleed into your role .Dependent on the supervisor: micromanagement will be found at different levels within the leadership .Opportunities for improvement of inclusion towards women
