Pros

The work itself there was very cool, thematic coding and meta4 insights is innovative and an interesting merging of qual and quant. I was promoted pretty quickly, 2x in 2 years, which was great. 401k program is also strong.

Cons

Management was really tough to work with, they were not compassionate about covid at all and we were required to go in for a large portion of the pandemic pre-vaccine. They were not transparent either and it became quite stressful and toxic to work there. A culture where they do not talk about problems or allow employees to safely express their concerns. They will not permit pay negotiation, at least for lower level employees so it can feel like a lot of work, which can happen at a startup, for pay that didn't feel like it was matching up. Huge turnover rates, which were scary and based on the above factors despite it being an interesting and innovative place it was not worth it. Sad to this see this happen.

Pros

The work is incredibly interesting and the company is FILLED with amazing people who truly make the job worth it.

Cons

Insane amount of overtime input by the research team. Too heavy company leads to interesting dynamics with a small research team. Overly rely on interns to keep the company afloat. High turn over rate between lay offs and burnout.
