Pros
The CEO works in the office and with employees. You can sense that he really cares about the employees. While the pay is low, the benefits are nice.
Cons
Management below the CEO is very territorial. Being a self-starter, creative, or inventive can result in your manager throwing you under the bus in order to remove a perceived threat to their job. Pay is substandard. Zero opportunity for advancement.
