Pros

The people are very nice and hardworking. They're also reeeally good! You will be inspired to do your best! You will be immersed to actual work right away. So if you're the type who learns by doing things, then this agency is good for you because you will really be expected to run the show and get the hang of things immediately. Work-life balance is highly-encouraged so you will be pressured to work fast to avoid working overtime.

Cons

1. Very top heavy - There are a lot of senior people on top (creative directors, account directors, group account directors, etc.) therefore they are not able to perform their role as leaders, but are expected to just do same work as their subordinates. 2. The structure is very flat - No real opportunity for career growth as being promoted doesn't really change what you will be doing. Account Managers do the same work as Client Services Directors. Art Directors do the same work as Creative Directors. The job titles are not respected, therefore there is no proper experience when it comes to leadership.

Pros

Lot of nice people, brilliant people across all departments that can churn out quality work in such a short notice. Lots of perks too, you get out of the country trips without an employment bond and such.

Cons

There's a lot of work, I MEAN A LOT OF WORK with such short lead times. And very top heavy, everything goes through leaders and bosses. This is also an accounts led agency, very little leg room for creatives to be 'creative'. Also they don't have a formal on-boarding, you have to figure out everything by yourself or by asking colleagues.

Pros

My experience in an advertising agency gave me useful practical experience in the areas of marketing and advertising, which can help you comprehend the theories and concepts studied in a management study. I gained real skills and expertise in disciplines like market research, campaign creation, and client management. Additionally, It gave me the chance to network and create business contacts that will be useful as I pursue a managerial job. Overall, my experience at an advertising firm can be a useful addition to my management studies, assisting me in better understanding and applying the theories and concepts I have learned.

Cons

The downside of working for the company is that colleagues of mine comes and goes. They treat the job at the company as a stepping stone more than building a career inside the company and excelling and going up through the ranks. The work environment is usually affected as employees are constantly met with changes and chemistry with the teams are inconsistent.
