Pros

Agree with what other employees has mentioned - great pantry filled with lots of food and drinks, interesting activities for employees during festive holidays, happy hour, quarterly team outing, open office space and generally a young company with a lot of young people.

Cons

Agree with what other employees has mentioned - Communication can be a little unclear/ fluffy sometimes. Cold environment. Good for work-oriented person; not so for people-oriented person.

Pros

It's a decent start up with some good people. No hard set work hours.

Cons

Lots of turnover, positions and projects should have more concrete accountability.

Pros

If you're looking to work on something meaningful, this is the place to be! The concept and impact is great and it's a really unique startup environment. In my experience, the management team was clear, supportive and collaborative. Most people have a great relationships with them, but it definitely depends on how strong of an employee they are and how much they can be trusted. A lot of the negative people are gone, which has really improved the work and culture here. It's been a huge improvement. The rest of the team is awesome-- positive, smart, effective and fun!

Cons

Pay could be more but we never have to stay late or work weekends, so it's nice to be able to work for a startup and also have a personal life + not be stressed.
