-High growth startup with a lot of opportunities to have impactful work.
-Very little bureaucracy so your ideas get heard and implemented easily
-Fair compensation
-Good benefits (medical including Covid cover, dental, optical, pension 401k scheme, etc)
-Because you get your hands dirty in the company with so many different projects and skillsets, you grow very quickly and progress in your skill
Cons
-Extremely high turnover!
-Very little structure in decision making with the exception of a few great managers
-Not employee friendly (long hrs, CEOs can message you at night etc)
-Not people centric at all (preference for people to always be churning out work no matter their circumstances. Hard to take leave and even sick days because of that)
-Little to no work/life balance depending on what team you're in
-Burnout is very common.
-Very little room to learn from each other and grow because everyone is focused on delivering and not getting scolded at

- arrongant leaders. They call it results-orientedness though.
- when they say we are results-oriented, what they really mean is give us results regardless of context. And btw, our results goal point will shift and you will be fired if you don't meet the new goal point we didn't communicate.
- You will be shouted at at least once every 10 days by senior management (read co-founders) if you work directly with them.
