1. Work environment 2. Mostly everyone will be freshers can able to socialize easily if you are ambivert.

Cons

• Worst Management • TLs don't give a damn about you and treat you like slaves. • There will be no proper training provided. • No promotions • If you're a newbie, no one will usually aid you, so you'll have to learn to survive on your own. • If no revenue is generated for the company after three months, your salary will be held. • I could go on, but I'm too lazy to type.

I have been working at PULSUS HealthTech full-time for more than 2 years and learned a lot technically. Good and friendly environment with all the required facilities available. A very open work-space were able to interact with colleagues. Excellent work nature, best Incentives and pay masters.

Pros

Good working place, gives freedom for our own way of working style, Work pressure is not much as we ourselves are driven to work based on our targets. Incentives are good for people who work hard.

Cons

Saturdays working is the main drawback, if the management thinks a bit deeper to give Saturdays holiday then the employee will be boosted to work on all the working days no employee is interested to work on Saturdays so it is better to give holiday on all Saturdays. Employee are not treated well as they are always subjected to fines, holidays limitation, extra tasks which will kill lot of valuable working time. Only AMEs are pressurized with all sorts of extra works but they are responsible for all the work process, if they are not given any tasks they can concentrate more on data collection. Holidays should be good so that employees satisfaction is also gained. Targets also should be reduced, since it should at least be 50% reachable.
