Terrible communication, management is horrible, and any question/concern you may have will go unanswered for as long as they can get away with ignoring you. You will probably meet the boss ONCE when you get hired. After that, he NEVER shows his face unless he has a problem with you. You don’t get recognition for your good work. I’m currently at a dsp where the ceo shows up every morning, gathers all the drivers and gives us a little motivational speech before our shift. Also would often bring donuts and coffee for us. Pure Deliver will be a very temporary job for you.

No communication, no structure. some days you work 4 days, others 1 day, other 0. Mangers never give you a heads up. Don’t care if you get sick with a doctors note.
