Pros

During the time Pure Fishing was owned by the Jarden Corporation, the leadership team worked very hard to establish a positive, caring culture focused on coworkers, values, the company legacy, and providing high quality fishing equipment. Since Newell assumed ownership, any coworker with ties to the previous organization have been strategically eliminated.

Cons

Chaos and turnover has created a leadership vacuum. Targeted job elimination has resulted in poor coworker morale and a real gap in product innovation and quality. I can't imagine why anybody would want to work in this current environment.
