Pros

It's not often the company vision is the company reality, it is at PureSpectrum. Despite the challenges of Covid-19 onboarding remotely, setting up offices and working with the global teams has been both easy and enjoyable. Support is always offered and given regardless of responsibility or timezone. For a 6 year old company to have reached 'scale up' status, be self-aware and be bold enough to invest on the other side of the world is fantastic to see. When working it technology (or any other) it is imperative to reach Product Market Fit, this is why I joined and only continue to be impressed with product development, staffing, culture and team cohesiveness. No question this is the right company with the right solution at the right time!

Cons

The only con is that the pandemic has not enabled travel between offices however this will soon be rectified.

Pros

Everyone at the company knows their role well, and more. There are proper processes, people, divisions and Slack channels to provide quick support. This is further fuelled by an innate willingness to provide advice and support, whether they are the in-charge or not.

Cons

Being in the APAC office where we only started operating in April'21, we are still operationally depend on UK and US as we are in the midst of hiring the respective ops personnel. The "can do" and "many hats" mentality certainly circumvents this.

Pros

Benefits are decent Can join 401k after 3 months 401k match Most people are very friendly

Cons

There has been a big culture shift at this company, it is no longer the friendly we are all equal place it used to be. There is a clear hierarchy now within positions and clear perks associated with being higher up or sales (all expense paid trip to Hawaii for top sales person, nothing for other departments). Very unequal mandatory office attendance now being enforced, most regions don't have an office so there can be no enforcement, southern CA is now being tracked on a person by person basis of how often you come in, no notice was given to employees of this new process and messages were just sent out saying you need to make up your days for the month or else. Policy would be fine if it hadn't been executed in such an underhanded way, policy is also not being evenly enforced across departments and positions even within the southern CA area. No attention paid to distance employees live from office, people who live 40 miles away are expected to come in just as often as those who live down the street.
