City centre location Flexible working Good Holiday and health insurance Hybrid Working Nice Office, with Fuseball table Interesting work Good Morale - When it was really busy everyone rolled up their sleeves, was a lovely team environment, Work life balance was encouraged.

Cons

Due to being busy there wasn't much time to take on additional learning but a lot of learning on the job

- good office location in norwich city centre - hybrid work, 2-3 home to office - good equipment

Cons

- low morale, weird culture, bad atmosphere - directionless company with no structure - no progression, or pay rises, false promises of promotion - many middle managers, not many doers - innapropriate behaviour from senior staff - rude and unprofessional HR - bad communication, gossip culture - boring work - no parking
