      Pros

      Teams from other departments are really helpful and cooperative when working.

      Cons

      Management doesn't know what they are doing. Company isn't hiring the right people. Have been seeing a lot of fake positive reviews on glassdoor. Company has a very high turnover rate.

      Pros

      - A good stepping stone to go into the digital industry - Very family oriented culture, great colleagues with little politics - Provides a good learning ground for you to understand how the business side of the world's 2 largest publishers work - You get full autonomy of how you want to run your life. No micro managing - Purple is very supportive of learning and encouraging you to make mistakes and improve from them. - Colleagues are knowledgeable and helpful

      Cons

      - Renumeration scheme is bad. For sales - Office location is terrible. Yet the transportation allowance can barely cover your costs - Too much focused on numbers. AMs are ovestretched, as a result campaign quality suffers which means a lot angry customers, as sales you will suffer too. - No real commitment to increasing the quality of standard of practice. No clear direction on where/how the company would develop. - Learn whatever you can in a year and move on.
