very laid back and chill, dont have to worry about annoying co workers, management is awesome, everybody is very understanding, family oriented, flexible with scheduling

Cons

the pay is weird you get $10 an hour but if your whole team hits their mark youll get $12 an hour so even if you hit your goals and the rest of your team did not you all only get $10 an hour
