Pros
> No micromanagement > Fast-paced, exciting work > Lots of room to learn, collaborate, and improve > Intellectually stimulating work > Engaging clients > Right next to mountains > The office has tons of mathematicians!
Cons
> Periodically I have to keep myself in check so my research activities stay focused on relevant work (this is a con of just not being an academic) ... I really just get free reign on interesting projects, my life here is pretty much ideal.
