Pros

Fantastic vision to go after the used car market leader CarMax. Initially hired current and former CarMax management that could bring a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to build the Q Brand.

Cons

Failure to recognize and allow those managers to actually build the Q brand. Instead opting to create another traditional used car store that utilizes the same tactics as the rest. Very sad this venture won't survive a year unless serious changes are made.

Pros

There is none this is a bad dealership to work for. They have no direction. Ceo has no clue. Asbury needs to stick with new dealerships.

Cons

Was hired for the grand opening of the jax dealership. Was the last original sales hire to stick around in only 4 months so what does that tell you. They have a revolving door including management. In 4 months I was there since opening the dealership it went through 2 general managers 3 sales managers and 8 sales associates. Changed job structure 4 times and pay scales twice. I forgot to mention the vice president of q auto quit too.

Pros

I really can't think of any. Not trying to be negative, however this particular fish stinks from the head down. The president of the company is a complete boldface lying piece of dog excrement. He surrounds himself with idiot Yes men. Or more likely the case, yes boys. I didn't actually see any of them act like grown men.

Cons

As I was saying before this place is really bad. It is a typical nasty used car dealership. They talk a big game about being part of the Asbury Automotive Group, which may be the only part that's actually honest. Almost everything else that I experienced was Ally, embellishment or some type of coordinated deception. It goes from the top to the very bottom. They have a tendency to hire really low end uneducated people that can be easily manipulated. As a publicly traded company, I also think that they have some SEC compliance issues that will come to bite them in the butt.
