Pros
Truly the best environment and colleagues I've ever worked with. It feels like everyone here is an expert in their field, but still so warm and welcoming and willing to share their knowledge. Insane energy that likely comes from Q-CTRL's continued success. It's rare to feel like you've joined a company where it feels like future success if almost guaranteed at this point. Great compensation.
Cons
Very minimal - every company has them obviously. Typical of a fast growing, fast paced environment (which is key to Q-CTRL's success). You will learn more in 6 months here than years in most other companies, but that pace and level of expected performance isn't for everyone..
