Poor culture where bullying and underperformance are not managed. Very slow moving organisation with little job satisfaction.

1. QUT Kelvin Grove has no basic Project Mgt Methodology. 2. QUT KG has no basic SLDC Methodology. 3. QUT Kelvin Grove Mgt and OOP clueless on how a Project is run. 4. QUT KG has bullies as Management who need training in basic mgt. 5. QUT KG cannot run a chook raffle if they tried. 6. QUT KG FALSLY ADVERTISE HOW MUCH THEY PAY AND THEN PAY YOU LESS THEN 1/5. 7. DO NOT BOTHER.

Bullying, lack of development opportunities, understaffed, overworked

Bullying culture from manager. Received no support from senior staff when reported. Manager received a 1 out of 5 for a leadership survey and no follow-up was done Manager passed off all bullying as cultural issues and non indigenous staff did not intervene

Competitive and toxic management. Bulldozing rewarded.

Parking is a nightmare Zero negotiation on work life balance Continual bullying seems commonplace Organisation has lost focus of the core values of education and research
