Poor strategic planning and constant change

Every negative word you can think of would be written here. But to sum it up more precisely would be like this; Qinetiq ‘listens’ to it’s employees - yes they do, but Managers protect themselves at all costs You must never have your own opinion You must never question & prove favouritisms and nepotism in your team You must always expect to be micro managed & allow your team leaders to gaslight you in your personal space You must expect your Team leaders to hatch a plan if they have decided they don’t like you (because you’re far more knowledgeable at your job than they are) and rip up any anti bullying/ harassment policies & drop them from a great height so they can get their way. This is also aided by supposed ‘I’m here to support YOU’ HR staff who hide behind keyboards & do not wake up & see what’s actually going on here. HR ‘enable’ cover ups Team Leaders are only team leaders because of time served, not because of skill set or ability. Extremely Toxic environment - in the Onboarding & Employee Services where fat cats continue to be fat cats & write their own rules to suit themselves.
