Wonderful people, extremely approachable high-level management. Culture that really cares about you as a person.
Cons
Small startup equals chaos, but having grown a bit means processes and order have to be applied, and they're not. Internal communication is really bad.

Great thought leadership and vision. Exciting space of AI for the SDLC. Well funded. Huge opportunities to make a difference for the company and clients.
Cons
Startup culture which means always some chaos, rapid changes, rapid addition of people, and needing to do whatever needs to be done.
