Toxic Sales team and overall culture, pathetically unqualified US management, no leadership from corporate (also unqualified).....not an enjoyable place to work.

Management is a shambles in the US and overseas. There seems to be no urgency to close business or improve. Management talks a lot about growing but they continually pass the buck when it is time to step up. New hires watch out - no training, no mentoring. Not very fulfilling place to work. US business is run aggressively like a US company, but all R&D and support is done in Scandinavia. They go on vacation for a month in the summer and nothing gets done. Same goes for the holiday season.
