Pros

Culture, flexibility, people, and nice offices

Cons

Poor management- low sales IQ Feels like a boiler room Unethical sales practices low coaching and sales enablement NO SALES TOOLS Manual mundane tasks, with an archaic erp, no CRM. Constant pressure to hit sales goals and deliver results. Opinions and contributions are often not welcomed. The work can feel monotonous, with little variety day-to-day. Extremely high turnover.

Pros

Amazing open-door culture. The Company genuinely cares about the growth of it's employees. No room for Bureaucracy and things move quick and fast like it should in a company of this sort.

Cons

The company is still a growing one and not well known which bring some limitations due to the same in terms of personal growth over long-term
