Pros

- Bosses are approachable & supportive especially Angie - Laid back, flexible, work from home as long you get the job well done - Training consultants are enjoyable to work with and hang out after - Weekly dress themes, birthday lunches - You work with a small senior and experienced team of GTM experts - Most of the team members are dedicated to get the tasks done - Good challenge for the intellects - Interesting GTM projects & you get to work with C-level IT stakeholders - Generally nice people esp the designers, solutions architect, trainers, finance & bosses

Cons

- You need to ensure you are incredibly adept & have keen interest at doing the role you serve, in order to gain the trust & respect of the team. Therefore, would not advise junior levels to join unless you are strong, confident & resilient - Heavily politics, despite a small team, hence you need to focus on doing your work well to avoid from being a victim of gossip - Some colleagues are difficult to work with, therefore high EQ & patience is required - Company has a long legacy of process-less workflow, due to the fluid nature and diversity of projects. Can be challenging & uphill battle against senior management for new leaders to set up processes. Will need a team leader with exceptionally strong leadership command & skill

Pros

- Great in hiring and giving employees with no direct experience a chance and very generous with teaching / coaching (especially the consultants) - Interesting accounts and projects to work on - Laid back and flexible work culture, work from home and working holiday - When company does well, management is generous in bonus - Overall decent benefits - Full pantry w/ alcohol! (LOL!) - Really nice colleagues; fun to hang out with and talk to - MOST (not all) senior managers know their stuff

Cons

- No clear structure of work; most projects just anyhow can do; can be frustrating - Still acting like startup as managers will say anyhow, sell anything to client and then up to you to figure out how to execute... - Heavy politics...will impact project assignments and career path (none) - Some racism (company favour ang mos esp London team)

Pros

Fun culture with approachable leadership Good for a start-up experience

Cons

Company lacks vision and direction. Runs on personal connections with a lack of consistent business. Very political environment and not the best place to rise if you are ambitious. No career track as such. Niche area of business. Lack of transferability if you are looking for change later on.
