No 'real' new tech, client tech & practices a decade old, only thing new is linux updates.
Close to zero advancement opportunity, only networking people crawl up slowly
Pay is half industry average, so no serious support talent
Hero-dependent culture, everything fails when heros leave
Management subtly territorial, so new ideas end up dieing
Only super cheap hired as support staff so co-workers will be dim
Fear based blame culture, not all the time, but often enough
Training? Ha!
Just don't expect 'normal' tech industry stuff and you'll be happy
Worker beware
