Business outlook
Pros
1. Management has a knack to get good projects (at least for storage domain). 2. So far have been successful in BOT deals. 3. Location is in the heart of the city.
Cons
1. Management does not care about work loads. Few work a lot and few take rest. They are concerned only with per head amounts they get from client. 2. Management is not open to suggestions. Too easily get offended. Finance department takes liberty to arbitrarily delay salaries.
