Poor corporate communications from the top, dictatorial mindset of top mgmt - just do it the way they want else get sidelined by the way - they don't know much either ! Employee engagement and morale is poor due to such insensitive policies & practices which are getting worse by the day ! One of the rudest , insensitive work cultures you can ever find !

Management changes you objectives and metrics to suit them. Micromanagement is crazy, often reporting to multiple people the same thing.
