Minimal training

Pros

This was my first job out of the Army. It job helped me get experience working with customers and handling money.

Cons

There was almost no training. I was placed on the night shift and was left to fend for myself. The pay was really lousy. Management expected the employees to go above and beyond, yet were unwilling to provide pay above the minimum wage.

Very clicky Favoritism Ill managed Unfair request Work that was not related to the hotel work Miniature never showing up on time Having to work longer than your shift because of worker not showing up or manager for their hour schedule Accusations without proof

Just to say you have a job

Cons

Everything horrible from management to guests. No tips no linens black mold everywhere just horrible! Offers nothing for employees not a water nothing! Extremely poor management!!!
