Daily meals and well stocked pantry Smart colleagues Great external branding (scammed me too)

Extremely poor onboarding, severely lacking internal alignment between leaders, functions and geography's, Spent more time on broken processes and seeking help from support teams than actually selling. Every internal team only focuses on maximising and over charging customers instead of actually doing what’s right. Deal sizes/closures are little to none with average sale rep achieving between 20-25% by end of FY Local leadership are cut throat and cunning. Huddling together to scheme and protect each others. Beginning to suspect that churn in sales staff isn’t as organic as reported

Pros

Branding and marketing - great brand for sure Pantry and Lunch Product and technology is very strong

Cons

Terrible systems; you want data from a CRM? might as well believe in tarrot card reading, likely more accurate Absolute ineffecient processes and systems. If a client die die say i buy now also cannot sell because process bro Cut-throat politics. Some support teams are are way over indexed on the hype factor. Hardly seem to bother working with sales reps that are not "elite". packaging 1, content 0 Opaque - transparency what? example definition of patches and accounts Selectively generous - base pay is below market and OTE is just about ok if at all you can scale the unattainable targets. Spend every where but on employee salary

Some local leaders lack transparency and are not transparent Rep quota attainment is low and morale in the sales team is low Could have a better collective sales strategy Deal sizes are small and quotas are high OTEs are decent but unattainable for most
