      Pros

      The people here are friendly for the most part. You'll get to work with great brands.

      Cons

      The moment management told employees that we're all replaceable, people began brushing up their resume. People would leave in droves. There would be executives screaming at employees where the entire company heard it all (downside to open floor plans).
