1) The company's RTO requirement that doesn't make any sense for most of the Support roles. If they really want to implement this, apply it to all including BCE and GTC roles for the sake of fairness. 2) The Nordia Execs specially the President - All are just a facade, in reality, lacks genuine care and understanding. They only look good on camera, so don't be fooled. RICE values, you don't see these folks even practicing it, specially Collaboration. Rather than collaborate and find a win-win solution for all, you'll get their usual response "it is what it is". These people have superiority complex and acts like divas, not just on how they carry themselves, but also on how they treat people, communicate and converse. 3) Culture - Doesn't practice fairness, people who get ahead are people close to the Execs. Wants to save but these people constantly travels and goes on vacation. Floats people without justification but by using feelings. Several storms passed recently but you never heard anything from the President nor the Nordia execs addressing those who were impacted heavily. All you hear is that there's ice cream onsite.
