      Hybrid set-up at Downtown Toronto, unlimited commissions (if they like you)

      Cons

      Favoritism, elitist mindset, you need to suck up to the account managers to get hires. They judge applicants based off accents, nationalities and if they have permanent residency or not - if you tick one of those boxes, don’t bother applying cause you won’t get in
