Pros
All team members were exceptional, dedicated (far more than they were given credit for) and committed to their job like no other company I've worked in.
Cons
Unfortunately all this dedication and commitment wasn't seen and rewarded by the owner who needs to learn how to deal with people in the first place. No company will succeed with a director who looks down on his employees and treats them like they are worthless. This is leadership 101. Also, being the boss doesn't mean you know everything. So be humble. When your employees have master degrees in Engineering, that means they probably know a lot more on the subject than you. That's why you hired them in the first place! Listen to them and take their opinions in consideration!
