Pros

Still some good people left, but many have left, or have been replaced by ex-attachmate people.

Cons

Too many to list, ever since FP and Attachmate have taken over.

If you are a current employee, I hope that you attended our recent all hands meeting where we talked in great detail about the operating plan for each business unit. There is greater transparency in sharing results than Quest has seen in many years. Given that your review is almost 3 months old, I'd love to see a follow up LuAnn CHRO

nothing great currently..all the good process, people are gone or been got rid off

Heavy Upper Mgt, Non-agile engg and mgmt, lack of clarity and direction in most depts
