I recently had an experience with Questax that left me quite disappointed. Initially, I was enthusiastic about joining the company and took several steps to prepare for the role, including opening a bank account, consulting with an accountant at my own expense, and dedicating time to research the tax implications and other relevant details.
However, despite this effort, the management unexpectedly reversed their decision to proceed with the offer, which I found to be highly unprofessional. They promised me the offer, and I almost informed my current employer that I would be leaving. This kind of inconsistency is concerning and makes it difficult to trust the company's decision-making process.
