      Unprofessional and backward.

      Pros

      None. Their were no positives working here. No one cared about their work or about doing a good job for the company. Any good people were forced out.

      Cons

      Too many to mention. Terrible management with no direction, strategy or future direction. Senior management were unprofessional and only cared about themselves. No team focus. No one cared.
