Pros

Free pistachios and cookies if they don't cut budget before the next order. You can make a "killing here". (At least that's what they tell you.)

Cons

Honestly this might be the biggest joke of a job since collecting sperm from a horse but even they have better health insurance than we do. The SDR's don't even know how to dial a phone number. If you want to be good at your job as an SDR learn how to copy and paste like a champ and get a list of Netflix shows to watch because you'll be doing a lot of that. Not to mention that you get a 30 min group therapy break every day. QuestionPro could make more money selling their desks and chairs than survey software. If you do get hired at this job, then expect any day to be your last. If you do get fired, which will most likely happen, remember you're probably not a good culture fit even if you've been there for 9 months.

Pros

Free lunch on Thursdays. San Mateo office is within walking distance to Whole Foods.

Cons

They love to brag about being one of the few companies in Silicon Valley to be completely bootstrapped. Don't buy it, while they are and this is true, that doesn't mean they're actually successful or growing. They treat hiring and firing like it's a best practice here. Managers (especially the CEO) have huge egos and love to micromanage (unnecessarily). They don't give you the resources needed to succeed. Culture is absolutely awful. Cheap, unhealthy snacks at the office. No sense of collaboration. Everyone is way underpaid. Managers do not support you at all with issues, and are the first ones to point fingers when things aren't great. CEO likes to send out novel length emails that are far from motivating. The list goes on. Just don't with this company.

Pros

Relaxed work environment (sometimes too relaxed) Lack of focus on everything. The use of internet. They have X-box, Table tennis and Foosball to enjoy Free coffee and chips and biscuits

Cons

1. Narrow-minded people, bad politics because of company was formed in Nashik and then shifted to Pune. 90% employees are from Nashik. Rude attitude. They have worked only in one company in their entire career and are stubborn give you unwanted and wasted information instead of helping you with the prospect and even tell you we will not help you on your face, what you have learned during training. 2. This company is only for those who know how to lick barrel and foot of their managers. 3. HR is the biggest puppet in the company. First they say this company is very chilled out company and on the other hand, they have most egoistic hierarchy who wants their barrel and foot to be licked by you. 4. Hire & fire policy, you can be told not to come all of sudden from the next day. 5. They have a very bad reputation in the market and among IT companies because of their hire and fire policy and in the next interview, HR people ask you what’s the actual reason for leaving the company. (Did they fire you or you left the company on your own). 6.They have 9 Directors sitting on one floor. These don’t have any clue or idea what they are doing. They don’t have any work experience and are so young that’s why they are so egoistic and have a bad attitude. 7. Only the top management - Founder and the CEO’s of the company have a clear focus and business plan, what has to be done to grow the company forward. When it comes to implementation these 9 Directors and top management screw up these business plan, changing policy every week shifting people to different teams and keep monopoly for senior managers/ Team Leads. 8. One of the worst Training procedures they have. They put some sales head on top of you and 80% of the things you don’t understand the word coming out of his mouth. They put the trainee in front of his Laptop and walks through their Platform/ Software like a cheetah running for his target. 9. The only reason to join this company is if you are not getting any job for a month or so and your savings are finished or you are fed up from the day today job life and wants to screw more from your life. 10. Most important thing, they do 90% of sales through Chat – online chatting.
