The work is straight forward, and not too difficult. Training was good enough to prepare you generally. There is some room for growth in the new Nevada call center. Easy work.
Cons
The compensation is on the low side. Some people might find the work repetitive. You have to sign a document saying you understand you can be fired at any time for any reason. Micromanagement mentality.
Management cares less about it's employees, there is no Loyalty, Pride, Integrity or Honor from the CEO's, or upper management. They careless about your home life or if you become ill and need time off. They give a huge work load, that is not even remotely possible to ever complete, And they are far from loyal to their employees, they have become a corporate joke.
